Dave Pommer preached a great sermon on unity this past Sunday.  Tim Jones kicked off what appears to be in retrospect a "sermon series," and what I perceive to be the movement of the Holy Spirit.   Tim preached about how our purpose in Christ is to love.  I followed that with two sermons on reconciliation: vertical reconciliation with God and horizontal with our brothers and sisters.  And Dave topped the "Holy Spirit series" with a sermon on unity.

I especially liked Dave's perspective, looking afresh at this thing called "unity" through our senses, using sound, sight, and touch, to drive home the key elements of unity. 

I think you'll enjoy this week's study.  It has so much application in our daily lives:  unity in our marriage, in the home, in our church, and beyond, in our community.
