You are cordially invited to participate in a special evening worship service on February 22nd from 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Ash Wednesday marks the first day of the season of Lent, a season of repentance and renewal.  And we will mark it literally on our foreheads with a small symbol of the cross in ash and water as part of this tactile and experiential Ash Wednesday worship service.  Lent is a season for personal reflection.  We are invited to clear our souls of the sins that weigh us down and refocus on the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. John the Baptist called everyone to a baptism of repentance. Repentance clears the way for the work and power of the Holy Spirit in our lives.
