Rex on 60 Minutes

CBS's 60 Minutes will air a profile on Sunday night about thirteen year-old Malibu resident Rex Lewis-Clack, who was first profiled by the celebrated newsmagazine when he was only 7.
A portion of the segment was filmed at Malibu Middle School, where Rex is in eighth grade.
His third profile runs in conjunction with the recent release of his mother Cathleen Lewis' book, REX--A Mother, Her Autistic Child, and the Music that Transformed their Lives. Also on 60 Minutes this Sunday will be President-elect Barack Obama's first post-election TV interview.
Cathleen Lewis said, "I really want the church to be made aware of this, since our walk (tug-of-war) of faith began here at Malibu Pres. [The initial struggle] I was living day in and day out with baby, then toddler Rex brought me to my knees and pointed me to the church on the hill. I'd never really been to church before."
