University Ministries Mission Statement:

UM is a core ministry of Malibu Presbyterian Church that seeks to integrate college-age people into the local and global body of Jesus Christ by making disciples who are genuinely walking with Jesus Christ within the context of the Christian community.

We seek to pursue Real Life in Jesus Christ through authentic Christ-centered community, relationship-based discipleship, worship in truth, kingdom-minded service.

Real Life in Jesus Christ is...

     -Knowing the Living God

     -Being loved by the Father

     -Grace understood through the forgiveness of our sins

     -The 'inside-of-you' presence of the Holy Spirit

     -A life lived for the purpose of the Kingdom of God

Tuesday-Night UM Worship Service Mission Statement:

To connect college-age people to the reality of God through worship, including prayer, music, learning, sharing, serving, and fellowship.

UM Student Leadership Program Vision Statement:

To love and be loved deeply in truth and grace, know and be known in the community of believers, and be rooted in the Spirit, living authentically and boldly for the purpose of the kingdom of God.
